The platform

One engine.
Two ways to play.

Tournaments and leagues share the same accounts, teams, registration, and match operations. Only the way matches get scheduled is different.

Shared model

How it fits together.

  1. 01

    Organization

Runs events. Owns staff, branding, and settings.

  2. 02

    Competition

A tournament or a league season, with its own registrations and rules.

  3. 03

    Stage

One phase: group play, a regular season, a playoff bracket.

  4. 04

    Match

Two or more entrants, a result, and a dispute trail.

Tournament

Brackets generate matches

Seeding places entrants into a bracket. Each result sends the winner on to their next match.

League

Schedules generate matches

A season schedule pairs entrants by week. Results feed the standings, which seed the playoffs.

Both produce the same Match records, so check-in, score reporting, disputes, and stats work the same way.
